If you are looking at one of the most highly tech based kart racing video game, Mario Kart Wii, is just the thing for you. This is the sixth version in the series (not including the two arcade games) and the second to use Nintendo’s free online service, Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.

The battle focus of Double Dash is present in this with the addition of new weapons like thunder clouds, POW blocks and super size mushrooms and last but not the least the DS’s successful multiplayer here grows up and can exist as an experience of a full 12 online players.

The old tricks of the seasoned carters have undergone a change. To accommodate new player, courses have been widened which considerably changed the racing line. Along with this the hard-learned short cuts have been re-routed which inspires the players to find the newly invented routes. A graphically well-designed game, this consists of a solid formation and can attract anybody who is interested in gaming.

Released on April 10 in Japan, 11th in Europe, 24th in Australia and April 27 in North America.
