Okami is the most anticipated game for the Wii console. Coming strong from the original format in Playstation 2, Okami is one of the most powerful game that has a massive number of fans to hit the globe. Its makers improved the perfect copy of the game by sticking everything that is addicting from original version in 2006. Wii gamers will surely find the game suited for the console’s controls.

Being placed in a traditional Japanese setting, one can expect the rich and interesting culture of the Land of the Rising Sun as it embellishes the whole game. From Japanese myths, folklore and tales, one will surely enjoy role-playing as the sun goddess Amaterasu who transformed into a white wolf.
The graphics of Okami is simply drop-dead gorgeous, thanks to its special graphic engine that added a new dimension to 3D.

In Okimo Wii, you will be able to do a lot of crazy things in the environment. Alter the terrain by blasting grounds; redesign the field by chopping tress; or how about literally modifying the setting by building bridges?

In just a few days, the world will have a taste of the Okami universe. And the same unique and perfect ability of a player to affect the state of the environment in the game through Celestial Brush is still present in the Wii version. Now imagine that freedom being enjoyed with other players from around the globe. Not that this game needs it, but this is one chance that the PS2 IGN’s Game of the Year in 2006 will have to reaffirm its greatness and bring legend to a new breed of gamers.
